Terms and Conditions
By booking with Simeron Hamilton Photography you enter into a contract and it is assumed that you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
Payment
1. A non-refundable deposit of £30 is required to secure your booking.
2. In the rare event that Simeron Hamilton Photography needs to cancel and cannot rebook a session, your deposit will be refunded in full.
3. The remaining balance is due on the day of your photoshoot. Editing of your photos will not begin until the balance has been paid in full.
Session
1. Simeron Hamilton Photography shall be entitled to use their judgment regarding the style and artistic input in the production of your pictures. This includes, but is not limited to, poses, props and number of images taken. Due to the willingness of subjects it may not be possible to capture all the pictures requested, or images to the clients full expectations. In the event of uncooperative children at a session of any kind, for any reason, Simeron Hamilton Photography may not be able to capture any, or all of the images the client may have requested or expected.
2. The client is responsible for all children at all sessions.
3. Simeron Hamilton Photography is not liable for any injuries sustained whilst at the location.
4. Simeron Hamilton Photography is not liable for any loss/damages to property whilst at location.
5. Any use of client devices for recording or photography purposes is strictly prohibited.
Images
1. Your private viewing gallery will be available approx. two-three weeks after your photoshoot.
2. You will receive all of your photos via digital download, fully edited.
3. After 12 months from the date of your session, Simeron Hamilton Photography will no longer be responsible for storing your image files.
4. Images are fully edited before being delivered to the client and Simeron Hamilton Photography reserves all creative control regarding the editing style.
Rights
1. The client is permitted to use their digital images for personal use only (i.e not to alter or sell on for profit).
2. Simeron Hamilton Photography reserves the rights to use clients images for the purposes of display, advertising, portfolio or promotion unless clients expressly decline via written confirmation.
3. All 'model call' clients waiver rights to decline the use of images for the purposes of display, advertising, portfolio or promotion.
